1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Calyrn, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. What Calyrn provides
Calyrn is an informational software product for crypto market research, asset monitoring, read-only wallet exposure, and contextual signals. Features may include market data, technical and fundamental research, news context, Watch, wallet holdings, exposure analysis, and personalized signals.
Calyrn is not a wallet, exchange, broker, custodian, investment adviser, or trade-execution service. Calyrn does not hold digital assets and does not sign or submit blockchain transactions for you.
3. Not financial advice
Nothing in Calyrn is financial, investment, trading, tax, accounting, or legal advice, and nothing displayed by the service is a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell, hold, or transact in any asset. Crypto assets can be highly volatile and may involve substantial or total loss.
You are responsible for your own research and decisions. Independently verify information that is important to a financial or legal decision and consult a qualified professional where appropriate.
4. Market and research data
Calyrn combines data and content from third-party providers and public sources. Market prices, volumes, rankings, wallet balances, technical calculations, news, and derived signals may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or inaccurate. Calyrn does not guarantee that any data is real-time, complete, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose.
5. Accounts and authentication
Some features require an authenticated account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of the identity-provider account, browser session, and device used to access Calyrn. Do not attempt to use another person's account or authentication credentials without authorization.
6. Wallet features
Wallet features are read-only and operate on public blockchain addresses. Adding an address allows Calyrn and its providers to query, store, and analyze public token positions associated with that address. Calyrn never needs your private key or seed phrase. If any person or website claiming to be Calyrn asks for either, do not provide it.
A public address does not by itself establish ownership or identity. You are responsible for using wallet information lawfully and for ensuring that any labels or notes you add are appropriate.
7. Your content
You retain any rights you have in text or labels you submit, such as a Watch thesis or wallet label. You grant Calyrn a limited, non-exclusive right to host, store, process, reproduce, and display that content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, and improve the service.
Do not submit content that is unlawful, infringes another person's rights, contains malicious code, or includes sensitive information that is unnecessary for the feature you are using.
8. Acceptable use
You may not:
- use Calyrn for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity;
- interfere with, probe, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the service, accounts, infrastructure, or provider integrations;
- bypass authentication, rate limits, access controls, or other technical safeguards;
- send excessive automated traffic or use the service in a way that materially degrades it for others; or
- misrepresent Calyrn output as guaranteed, regulated, or professional financial advice.
9. Third-party services and links
Calyrn depends on third-party services including authentication, hosting, market-data, wallet-data, analytics, and news providers. Calyrn may also link to exchanges, news publishers, explorers, or other external sites. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies, and Calyrn is not responsible for their content, availability, security, or actions.
10. Intellectual property
Except for third-party data, third-party trademarks, and content provided by users, the Calyrn product, interface, branding, software, and original materials are owned by or licensed to the Calyrn operator and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of that material to you.
11. Availability and changes
Calyrn is an evolving product. Features, providers, limits, data coverage, and availability may change without notice. The service may be interrupted for maintenance, provider failures, security reasons, or circumstances outside Calyrn's control. Calyrn may modify, suspend, or discontinue part or all of the service.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Calyrn is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Calyrn operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, opportunity, digital assets, or trading losses arising from or related to your use of or reliance on Calyrn or third-party services.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
14. Suspension and termination
Access may be limited, suspended, or terminated when reasonably necessary to protect Calyrn, its users, providers, or infrastructure, to respond to unlawful or abusive use, or to comply with legal obligations. You may stop using Calyrn at any time and can remove Watch items and tracked wallets using available product controls.
15. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the product or applicable requirements change. The current version will be posted here with an updated effective date. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
16. Applicable law
Your use of Calyrn is subject to applicable law. Any mandatory rights or remedies available to you under applicable consumer or other law remain unaffected by these terms.
